    I have been with Verizon for about 5 years now and to be honest i have hated it. But for the first time i walked out of the store very happy because I got Great customer service. Omar was really helpful on helping me with any issues. I brought a phone and a tablet, he was very attentive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Very positive attitude, I will definitely come back to buy more products, and ask for Omar.I have recommended him to my daughter.

    Went in on a Saturday and tried to buy a phone for my wife. She wanted the Google Pixel XL 2 which had a promotion of $300 off at the time. I told them several times that I wanted to pay for the phone cash and not have it added to my bill but they said that it had to be added to my monthly bill for the entire 24 months and there was no way around it. And that if I paid it off early that I wouldn't get the discount and would have to pay the full price. The guy who helped us out (Derrick I believe his name was) made a couple of comments that I didn't appreciate while I was contemplating the situation. Anyways, he orders the phone and says that it will be in Tuesday or Wednesday. He calls the following Saturday or Sunday and says that the phone is in and ready for pick up. I told him that I already bought another phone because he never called me back when he said he would. He said "that's fine you can cancel" but that I would have to go back in to get the refund on the protection plan that I bought. Went back in to get my refund and tried to buy a car charger for my phone while I was there. He goes to unlock the charger, stops mid way and walks back to answer the phone and gets into a full conversation with the person on the phone and leaves me hanging. The phone was wireless. . . he could've picked it up and finished unlocking my charger for me but apparently he didn't want the business so I just left. Went to an actual Verizon and they let me put $600 down which left $350 on the account in order for me to get the discount. Then all I had to pay with $50 spread out over 24 months which was a way better solution. They also had the phone in stock and had me in and out of there in a matter of minutes. Never going back to this place and have already spread the word to family and friends not to go here.
