  This is the best automated car wash that I have ever used. The machine itself does a good job... no complaints on this. The service is friendly and willing to help on requests. I really like that they have a free vacuum and additionally they have a high-power water spray tool at the vac stations that help clean small areas and I use it for cleaning the rims in hard to get to places (never have seen this elsewhere). Well maintained, very clean which is important to me.
  
  They offer a special for $20 month.. all the washes you want on your car. GW offers additional services such a detailing and car waxing. An employee cleaned my tires with tire black for free after the carwash (I do tip them).
  
  They should have a store at this location. I notice that they have the space for one and it would be nice to have one there if I need any quick fix or cool stuff for my van and other cars. Also they could have some snacks and refreshments in the store so I could enjoy my time there while I am polishing of the little details... OK, I am spoiled!
  
  I talked with the owner and he seemed very willing to talk and listen; I like that. Yes, they could improve a bit but the pluses easily outway the negs. I recommend this place. It would be rated 5 stars but I will be making suggestions to them and see how they respond.
